Conventional medicine has turned the world upside down on the matter of testosterone.
According to conventional medicine, testosterone levels are directly related to prostate cancer. The first thing doctors want to do if a male tests positive for prostate cancer is to effect androgen blockage — that is block any production of testosterone. Few men object or even question this voodoo nonsense.
The truth is that testosterone is the essence of male life. Low male testosterone is the beginning of sorrows. It is almost synonymous with aging. This in no way means that this is a good thing. In fact, unknown to most doctors, the beginning of low testosterone signals the beginning of deterioration of male health.
Beginning at about age 35, testosterone levels begin to decline. By the time a man is 70 years old, most of his testosterone is gone. For men who have diabetes, obesity, hypertension or lung disease, the risk of low testosterone is much greater.
The symptoms of low testosterone are low energy, chronic fatigue, low sex drive, poor-quality erections, loss of muscle bulk and strength. Low testosterone is proved to be associated with increased risk of diabetes, atherosclerosis (hardening of the arteries including heart attacks or strokes) and weak bones.
The classic symptom of low testosterone is low libido or low sex drive. In fact, any male above age 40 should suspect low testosterone first if he is beginning to lose his sex drive. Even if men around the age of 40 have no symptoms of low testosterone at all, they need to be aware that this is the age at which testosterone levels decline in most men and negative health begins.
Men, no matter what happens to your health or mood, suspect low testosterone. Your greatest risk is not the fact that you probably have low testosterone beginning at about age 40. Your greatest risk is the ignorance of your establishment medicine-trained doctor who has been trained to equate testosterone (in any amount low or high) with prostate cancer.
Why in the world is this? Well, establishment medicine is not about health. It is about money!
The medical system requires sick people to feed its money machine. Promoting the blockade of testosterone when prostate cancer is suspected is, in my opinion, an attack upon male health. Just you try to convince your doctor of this!
The very first thing every living male should do is learn about male testosterone and consult an alternative doctor.

Ashwagandha: An Anti-Aging Tonic That Boosts Testosterone And Relieves Anxiety
Every now and then in life we run across a gold mine if we are aware and looking. Of course, you are not likely to find things if you are not a reader.
Reading uncovers a lot of diamonds and gold. Well, in this case, it’s an herb extract called Ashwagandha, an Indian herb also known as withania somnifera. It has been written up by Kerry Bone, a very knowledgeable herbologist who heads up MediHerb for the Standard Process Company.
I wouldn’t believe these fantastic claims if made by anyone else. See what you think.
Ashwagandha has an important role to play in modern healthcare. Read this and be reminded that several clinical trials have shown the results below:
- Cut anxiety and extend your years in just 60 days. Using just 250 milligrams twice daily, there were significant improvements in reduction of anxiety in a treated group in only 60 days. Seventy percent showed improvement along with very beneficial changes in blood biochemistry. Additionally, this group experienced a significant reduction in serum cortisol of 30.5 percent. High cortisol is very detrimental to health over time, causing the body to maintain a high level of inflammation, which is a killer of health and youth. There was also an increase in DHEA of 32.5 percent. And a very significant reduction for C-reactive protein (35.2 percent), which is another measure of inflammation. Most health students know the seriousness of high inflammation in the body. Here we have a big reduction after taking Ashwagandha. And look at this: Fasting blood glucose down 6.1 percent, total cholesterol down 13.1 percent, triglycerides down 11.7 percent, LDL cholesterol down 17.4 percent, HDL (good) cholesterol up 17.3 percent and hemoglobin up by 9.1 percent. These results suggest that the regular intake of Ashwagandha will make you feel better and suffer from less stress. It will also increase your life expectancy by reducing those risk factors associated with chronic disease, such as heart disease and diabetes.
- Significant improvements in fertility. Two clinical trials suggest that Ashwagandha is useful as a male tonic. Well, it’s quite a bit more than a tonic. It boosts testosterone levels. Ashwagandha significantly raised testosterone levels and hammers down C-reactive protein and cortisol levels.
This writer is more than excited about the vast unbelievable health benefits of Ashwagandha. I have been on it for three months and can tell a great difference in the way I feel.
