Lack Of Sleep Leads To Athletic Injury

Before you or your kids take part in a sport, make sure whoever is playing gets plenty of sleep. Lack of sleep can make you significantly more prone to injury.
Researchers in California found that junior high and high school athletes were 68 percent more likely to suffer an injury when taking part in sports if they slept less than eight hours a night. In this research, as athletes aged, the injury danger from lack of sleep increased.
