Slice pears in half, scoop out the seeds and place on a baking sheet, skin side down. If you slice a tad off the bottom, the pears will sit upright.
Sprinkle cinnamon over pears.
Put walnuts in the scooped-out area.
Drizzle ½ teaspoon honey over each pear half.
Bake for 30 minutes.
