Honey-Baked Pears

Ingredients
  • 2 large ripe pears
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • ¼ cup crushed walnuts
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Slice pears in half, scoop out the seeds and place on a baking sheet, skin side down. If you slice a tad off the bottom, the pears will sit upright.
  3. Sprinkle cinnamon over pears.
  4. Put walnuts in the scooped-out area.
  5. Drizzle ½ teaspoon honey over each pear half.
  6. Bake for 30 minutes.
