Spicy, cheesy black beans

Ingredients
  • ½ can black beans, rinsed
  • 4 teaspoons salsa verde
  • 1 tablespoon low-fat Mexican cheese blend
Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients in a bowl and stir.
  2. Cover and microwave until mixture is heated and cheese is melted, about 2 minutes.
  3. Serve it as it is, use it as a dip or roll it up in a tortilla.
