Spicy, cheesy black beans

- ½ can black beans, rinsed
- 4 teaspoons salsa verde
- 1 tablespoon low-fat Mexican cheese blend
- Place all ingredients in a bowl and stir.
- Cover and microwave until mixture is heated and cheese is melted, about 2 minutes.
- Serve it as it is, use it as a dip or roll it up in a tortilla.
