Golden milk
  • 2 cups of unsweetened coconut milk
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon ginger powder
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon virgin coconut oil
  • A pinch of black pepper (helps your body better absorb the turmeric)
  1. Blend ingredients in a blender for a few minutes.
  2. Warm in sauce pan for about 3 minutes.
  3. Drink while warm.
