Golden milk
- 2 cups of unsweetened coconut milk
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon ginger powder
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 tablespoon virgin coconut oil
- A pinch of black pepper (helps your body better absorb the turmeric)
- Blend ingredients in a blender for a few minutes.
- Warm in sauce pan for about 3 minutes.
- Drink while warm.
