Best Mother’s Day Fancy Chicken Salad
- 4 cups cooked rotisseries chicken, pulled apart for bite-sized pieces
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 cup seedless grapes, halved
- 1 small shallot, peeled and finely-diced
- ½ cup walnut pieces
- 1 teaspoon worchestershire sauce
- ¼ teaspoon sea salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. Toss to combine and evenly coat.
- Serve with your favorite cracker.
