Positive Energy’s Healing Power
Positive energy represents an important, foundational principle for healing from any chronic illness including cancer. Emotions, “energies in motion,” powerfully influence the immune system and other bodily functions. For optimal health, you have to avoid negative energies like fear, anxiety, resentment, anger and guilt that, studies show, weaken your immune system. Negative feelings can slow healing and may feed cancer growth.
If you or a loved one is chronically ill in any form, especially with cancer, you must implement one or more modalities that create positive emotion. “Feeling good” can greatly enhance the healing process.
Relationship of love
You must have a connection to someone close to you who creates a loving feeling. Feeling lonely or being in a relationship that doesn’t feel good is the worst thing for health energetically. There must be trust, and a knowing that another person really is connected.
Physical touch and massage therapy
Physical loving touch always creates an energetic shift in the body toward healing. Massage therapy also works this way. It can move lymphatic flow mechanically, thus improving immune system function. Massage stimulates endorphins (morphine-like chemicals) that improve mood, while aligning thoughts and feelings with healing on a quantum physics level. Science of the Quantum Hologram has established this principle.
Healing music creates a frequency within the body that, when combined with intention to heal, has remarkable power. Find the music that most brings peace, gratitude and bliss into your mind and feeling state. Listen to it many times per day.
Meditation with guided imagery
This therapy is best when performed by a trained and experienced professional. While on a massage table, for example, the therapist guides you to visualize specific memories in your life, encourages you to feel the emotions associated with that memory and then guides you through clearing these feelings attached to the memory. You may discover hidden resentment, anger, fear or guilt that is replaced with forgiveness, calm, confidence, self-forgiveness and peace.
The concept of energy work includes all modalities performed by therapists using their hands, mind and feelings. This is not from a machine. Energy work by a therapist takes considerable time. In theory, all healing energy is innate within humans and can be channeled through humans from a higher dimension. Examples of energy work include Reiki, Quantum Touch, Body Talk, Chi Gong and others.
Moderate exercise, such as yoga or walking for at least 45 minutes daily is recommended. Make sure your exercise is peaceful and relaxing.
Weather permitting, get 20 minutes of near full-body sun exposure daily. This has been shown to deliver 20,000 units of active vitamin D into your circulation in most people within just 2 days. Emerging studies prove vitamin D has anti-cancer benefits. It also helps prevent diabetes, heart disease and osteoporosis.1 Contrast this with vitamin D milk which provides only 100 units. There is strong evidence suggesting that sunlight is protective against breast, colon, ovarian and prostate cancers. Sunshine also heals by boosting mood.
A Northern California study on men with prostate cancer reported in Cancer Research in June 2005 found that men with high sun exposure had half the risk of prostate cancer compared to men with low sun exposure. And a small 1959 study by Jane Wright at Bellevue Memorial Medical Center in New York City reported that the tumors in 14 out of 15 cancer patients who stayed outdoors as much as possible from winter to the next summer had not grown, and some had actually regressed.2 Another recent large multi-center study reported in the September 2005 European Journal of Cancer showed sunlight to be associated with a reduction in melanoma, contrary to what we have been taught about skin cancer for many years! 3
Do good things for yourself and for others. Display genuine kindness and compassion in your dealings with others. As you think positive thoughts and feel the good feelings of those thoughts, you actually draw more benevolence to you. You attract the reality of what you think and feel most.
I have written before about effective therapies to beat cancer that have minimal or no side-effects. In those reports, I mentioned some of the foundational principles in the natural healing world which include: detox and cleansing, optimal nutrition, and herbs and supplements.
These are all great options for you or your loved one seeking to beat cancer or any chronic illness. The best approach is to do what it takes for you to feel good.
