Natural ways to deal with black mold poisoning

If you’ve been exposed to black mold and are experiencing any of the above symptoms, the following natural interventions could help.

Raw garlic.
Two to four grams of fresh garlic per day or 600 to 900 mg of garlic tablets daily offer huge antifungal properties to fight mold exposure.

Activated charcoal.
Taken in tablet form, activated charcoal traps toxins in the body, including mold.

Chlorophyll.
Chlorophyll is a known detoxifier. It protects against DNA damage caused by mold and other toxins. It also has antibacterial and antifungal properties.

Cut out sugar.
Since fungi like mold and yeasts require sugar for survival, cutting back on sugar can help alleviate black mold symptoms.

Tea tree oil.
