How We Ship

How We Ship

United States Orders: We do our absolute best to ship all orders within one business day of when you place your order. We ship via US Mail and/or UPS for the flat rate of $6.95 per shipment and your street address or PO Box is fine. All orders are shipped from our warehouse located in Cullman, Alabama and typical U.S. delivery is 3-5 business days after shipment leaves our warehouse.

Canadian Orders: Canadian orders do not qualify for free shipping and our flat rate charge is $25.95 per shipment. We ship to Canada via USPS First Class International and delivery times vary by location. It is your responsibility to comply with any Canadian policies. Canadian customs, inspection or other shipment fees imposed by Canadian authorities will be your responsibility to pay on delivery of your order.

International Orders: There will be an additional charge for all orders shipped to an address outside the 50 United States and Canada. These orders do not qualify for free shipping and our flat rate charge is $33.95 for all non-U.S. or Canadian delivery addresses. All International orders are shipped via USPS First Class International and delivery times vary by location. It is your responsibility to comply with any policies imposed by your country of origin. If your country charges any customs, inspection or other international shipment fees, they will be your responsibility to pay on delivery of your order.

Important Note for Canadian and International Orders Only: International shipping charges and any customs, inspection or other international shipment fees are specifically excluded from our Refund Guarantee. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we are happy to refund your full purchase price on the product you ordered, but we cannot refund international shipping or any associated fees.
