So, next time you’re tempted to skimp on breakfast and lunch and make up for it at diner, remember this old nutritional maxim…

Eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince, and dinner like a pauper.

Apparently, people from the past knew a trick or two about meal timing. We’ve just lost some of this common-sense wisdom along the way. So let’s get back to our roots and start eating smarter so we can have better BMI, better metabolism and better health.
