The fast fix that stops diabetes, high blood pressure, arthritis, fibromyalgia, depression…

Is there really one simple thing… one simple health fix… that can lower your blood pressure, decrease your resting heart rate, take off body fat and lower your cholesterol so you can bulletproof your heart?

Yes. Yes there is.

Researchers at the University of East Anglia in England reviewed 42 studies that took a look at 1843 people who all did this one simple thing, and the results were astonishing.

Here’s a list of the benefits from using this one simple fix:

  • Systolic blood pressure dropped 3.72 mm Hg and diastolic blood pressure went down 3.14 mm Hg (much easier than taking a drug!)
  • Resting heart rate dropped by almost 3 beats per minute
  • People shed as much as 2% of their body fat and lowered their BMIs (body mass indexes) significantly
  • Their LDL cholesterol dropped like a stone and HDL went up
  • Their VOmax (the measure of how fast your lungs can deliver oxygen to your body) increased 2.66 mL/kg/min
  • Their “physical function” scores skyrocketed as much as 11.53
  • These was also a reduction in depression scores, waist circumference, fasting glucose, the people had a better mental outlook

What is this miracle fix that can give you all these incredible benefits?

According to their review study, all you have to do is… go for a walk.

The research review incorporated the findings of studies performed in 14 different countries. No matter where they looked, walking influenced conditions like dementia, diabetes, arthritis, fibromyalgia, Parkinson’s disease and more.

“Walking groups are effective and safe with good adherence and wide ranging health benefits,” conclude the researchers. “They could be a promising intervention as an adjunct to other healthcare, or as a proactive health-promoting activity.”

The researchers also believe that joining a walking group, instead of merely walking on your own, expands the chances that you will begin a daily walking program and stick to it. Having people to talk to and share your walks with, the researchers think, helps to produce the kind of positive attitude to physical activity that makes you less likely to skip your walks.
