Going sleeveless at any age

Having helped women of various shapes and sizes meet their fitness goals for more than three decades, I’ve learned a lot of terms for the upper arms: few of them endearing.

It’s a body part we all seem to have some trouble with. That’s why I’ve put together my favorite set of upper arm toning exercises here in this short workout….

For best results, perform this series three times a week with at least 48 hours between workouts. If you can, combine this targeted set of exercises with a complete workout for major muscles groups to fire your metabolism.

Of course a good diet with adequate protein will also support a toned body. With a complete program that reduces fat and tones muscle in order, you won’t want to wear a sleeve again!

But the most important thing is to stick with it, and you should see results in a few weeks — just in time to wear your favorite sleeveless dress on New Year’s Eve.

Remember: Consistency is always the key!

Exercises included:

  • Bicep Curls
  • Triceps Kick Backs
  • Bicep Extension
  • Triceps Extension
  • Bicep Combo
  • Triceps Combo
  • Reverse Fly
  • Lateral Raise

Now, if you want to really wow everyone New Year’s eve, check out my “little black dress” workout, too!
