How to look 5 pounds thinner instantly

If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is. That’s what mom would say.

But hype and gimmicks aside, I’ve got a quick routine that can actually help you look thinner — and feel healthier — in about 10 minutes.

It works because of a little-known trick that few know about… The secret to looking slimmer without actually losing weight is in the way you carry yourself.

And to improve the way you carry yourself, all you need to do it strengthen your posture. Not only will boosting the muscles responsible for good posture improve the way you look, but these exercises can also help you avoid injury down the road, including the kind of musculoskeletal damage that occurs from sitting too long or incorrectly.

To start, you’ll want to do chest opening stretches two or three times a week, combined with the back exercises in my video below. This combination will help you gain a strong posture that can elongate your body, help you appear slimmer… and maybe a little taller.

You may also alleviate a few wrinkles by creating a stress free environment where your shoulders are down away from your ears and your upper back is relaxed. But most importantly, you’ll have the strong posture that exudes confidence and health.
