Don’t confuse these allergies symptoms with COVID-19 

Runny nose and sneezing are, as any allergy sufferer knows, the bane of our existence. I can go through a box of tissues in a day or two during high season.

But runny nose and sneezing are NOT COVID-19 symptoms (a runny nose is rare). So, if you’re sneezing and blowing, but aren’t experiencing any of the classic symptoms of COVID-19, there’s a decent chance that your spring allergies have arrived.

Of course, you want to sneeze into your sleeve, not the air, and dispose of all tissues immediately. That’s just good health practice, at all times, but especially now.
