The free wrinkle miracle that really works

Are you noticing more fine lines and wrinkles every day?

Well, we all want to look younger — and can — but I hope you’re not as desperate as a group of people who want to defy aging so badly that they’re forking over $8,000 for an infusion of teenage blood!

If that sounds like the plot of a futuristic vampire novel, you’d find it shelved in the “stranger than fiction” section of your local bookstore… because, so far, 100 people have signed on for transfusions of young blood, purchased from blood banks — all from donors under the age of 25.

The company, a start-up called Ambrosia, doesn’t promise to cure aging but hopes to see if these teenage transfusions fight some of the symptoms of aging. So far, the research is out to lunch on that, but they report customer feedback has all been positive.

Blood transfusions are not risk-free, however, and can include infection and allergic reactions. I’d certainly be allergic to the $8,000 price tag that comes without any guarantee that it will help me feel and look any younger.

Instead, I’ll try this proven secret to youthful, wrinkle-free skin — that won’t cost me a dime or make me feel like a vampire…

What happens as we age

The reason behind your aging skin could lie less in your genetics and more in what you do each day. Or, more specifically what you haven’t been doing.

You probably already know the effects time has on your skin. It marks itself in crow’s feet, brackets around your mouth, wrinkles and crepey-looking skin. This is because as we age, the outer layer of our skin called the epidermis, thickens and begins to dry out.

At the same time, our underlying layer of skin, called the dermis, becomes thin and loses its elasticity, leaving your skin to sag.

These changes become especially apparent once you pass 40. But, it’s not a losing battle.

Even if you’re already seeing these signs of aging, it’s not too late to get your younger looking skin back. That’s because just like exercise keeps your heart, lungs and muscles fit — it also keeps your skin fit.

In fact, it may even hold the secret to reversing wrinkles and the signs of skin aging…

Make your skin look younger

A study by McMaster University researchers found that premature aging in nearly every organ in the body was completely prevented in mice that ran on a treadmill three times a week for five months.

In fact, those that exercised even looked younger while their sedentary siblings were balding, graying, physically inactive, socially isolated and less fertile.

That’s great for the mice, but what about you and I? The researchers wondered the same thing, and what they found will amaze you…

The study included a group of 29 volunteers, both men and women, between the ages of 20 and 84.

Half the participants were instructed to get at least 3 hours per week of moderate to vigorous exercise, while the other half remained mostly sedentary, getting less than one hour of activity per week.

Biopsies were performed on each volunteer to analyze their skin health.

When the researchers compared the skin samples by exercise habits, they found that after age 40, the men and women who exercised frequently had thinner, healthier outer layers of skin and thicker dermis layers in their skin, with greater elasticity.

In other words, their skin was more comparable to that of the 20- and 30-year-olds than to that of others of their age.

And, this was true even if they were past the age of 65.

Their final part of the study looked at the over-65’s who had previously not been regular exercisers, but who adopted a fitness regime for three months, exercising just two times per week for 30 minutes.

At the end of three months, researchers compared their before-and-after skin samples, noting that their skin looked more youthful… and the only difference was exercise!

Get your sweat on

Walking, swimming, cycling, rowing and HIIT training are all great ways to get your heart rate up and get beautiful skin.

And, don’t forget to hydrate. Drinking plenty of water each day replenishes your skin, flushes out toxins and promotes elasticity.

So, if you’re ready for fewer wrinkles and younger looking skin, it’s time to get out there and get moving. Forget Botox and plastic surgery and choose exercise instead. It works and it’s free!
