6. Continue to consume adequate amounts of calcium
Not just for your bones, but for weight control. Studies show that 1,200mg of calcium after the age of 50, along with 400 IU of Vitamin D can help with belly fat loss. Drinking milk is one of the easiest ways of accomplishing this and if you don’t tolerate dairy, alternatives like almond and coconut milk offer even higher amounts of calcium per serving.
