30 minute light trick makes you smarter

A lot of research has been coming to light lately about the benefits of light. Getting the right type of light at the right time can do everything from help you lose weight to ease your chronic migraine symptoms.

This is probably why light therapy in some form or another has been around since as far back as Ancient Egypt — it really works.

And now, the latest research says light exposure can actually boost your brain function in a way that not only makes you smarter but helps you responder faster to the task at hand.

But not just any light will produce these incredible results…

The light with the amazing ability to boost your brain function is blue wavelength light. And it works really fast!

And according to researchers from the University of Arizona, people exposed to blue wavelength light for just 30 minutes performed better on cognitive tests by providing more accurate responses faster than they did before being exposed to the light.

And these cognitive benefits didn’t stop once the bulb went dim either. Participants experienced cognitive benefits that lasted for a full 40 minutes after their light exposure.

Researchers also performed an MRI on participants after their light exposure and saw increased activity in their prefrontal cortex, the area of the brain responsible for cognition and mental control.

So it sounds like sitting under blue wavelength light is the perfect way to give your brain a major shot of adrenaline when you need it — like those mornings when you have a lot to do and not a lot of brain power to do it.

But this isn’t the first time researchers have uncovered surprising benefits of blue light. Previous research studies showed that blue light could provide other amazing brain benefits like:

  • Improved alertness
  • A greater attention span
  • Reduced depression
  • Less fatigue
  • Reduced stress levels

If you’re ready to start experiencing these benefits as soon as possible, you can order a blue wavelength light bulb online right now.

But just so you know, there is one area of your life where blue wavelength light might hurt you more than it helps you: in the bedroom. Blue wavelength light is great for enhancing your cognitive abilities during the daytime. But if you expose yourself to too much of this light at night, you may end up with a serious case of insomnia and can boost your cancer risk.
