2. Tomatoes
One of the best foods you can eat regularly is tomatoes, especially tomato sauce, paste, juice, and soup. Tomatoes are high in the phytonutrient and antioxidant lycopene. Many studies have found lycopene to enhance prostate health. Processed tomatoes are the highest in lycopene content.
