5 yoga poses for better bladder control (slideshow)

1. Bridge pose

Lie with your back flat on the floor.

Bend your knees and rest your feet on the floor as close to your butt as possible. Place your arms flat on the floor along the side of your body, palms facing down.

Slowly raise your tailbone and hips up, while keeping your head and neck on the floor.
