5 yoga poses for better bladder control (slideshow)

5. Child’s pose

Kneel on your yoga mat with your knees mat-width apart and your toes touching.

Slowly walk your arms forward, lowering your torso between your legs. Rest your face down on the mat, and stretch your arms forward in front of you, palms facing down.

Relax and hold the pose for a minute.
