2. Too much screen time

We’re talking about any screen — TV, computer, or cell phone. Too much time glued to the screen will take a toll on your health and steal years from your life.

The blue light emitted by electronic devices like computers, smartphones, and TVs could damage your brain and retinal cells. And it affects you, whether you’re looking at it or not.

Just being in the room with a computer or smartphone could be harming your cells. Try to monitor the number of hours you spend with these devices in a day, and take breaks. Go for a walk. Leave the room and leave the device behind. It will be waiting for you when you return!
