#8 Create Lasting Habits
One of the best reasons to do a detox is to create lasting habits. Now that you’ve eliminated those foods and drinks that are bad for you, consider how much easier it is to avoid eating them than to have to go through another cleanse. And, if you do add them back, do so in moderation.
Cleansing can be a healthy process when done right. Avoid extremely restrictive detox programs and instead opt for one where you eat healthy, whole foods to create a healthier body and life.
