Are You a Night Owl or a Morning Lark?

Researchers from Northwestern Medicine and the University of Surrey in the United Kingdom examined the link between your natural inclination toward mornings or evenings and your risk of dying early.

They classified nearly half a million participants as either a night owl (people who like to stay up late and have trouble dragging themselves out of bed in the morning) or a morning lark (people who have a natural preference for going to bed early and rise with the sun).

They then tracked health problems and risk of death for up to six and a half years.
