Answers to your seven most pressing questions about poop

Poop. It’s not a pretty topic. But it’s an important one…

Your poop tells you soooo much about your health. The size, shape, color, consistency, and frequency of your poop can tell you if you need to head to your doc to get screened for a disease, if all the probiotics you’re taking are working, if you really are sensitive to gluten, or if you need to up your fiber intake.

But despite all the important things you can learn from poop, most of us know very little about it. Maybe it’s because we think it’s gross. Or our moms taught us not to talk about it (I’ll admit, there are times when pulling poop into the conversation is totally inappropriate).

Whatever makes poop a taboo topic in our minds, it’s time to get over it. After all, as the famous children’s book says, “Everybody poops.” So why not learn a bit more about what’s happening in our own bodies? And why not start now by checking out the answers to seven pressing poop questions…
