If you’re craving greasy, fatty foods it could because you’re stressed out. Or it could also because your body is in need of some healthy fats, like omega-3s. So next time you get the urge to order a bag of greasy fries in the nearest drive-thru, try reaching for a bag of walnuts or salmon jerky instead.

And remember, when you try everything to curb unhealthy food cravings but you don’t succeed, drink more water. Dehydration can make you feel hungry even when you’re not.
